As for the rest of the standard features, you can expect a brand-new gauge cluster for the 2023 model year of the BR-V which shows you two gauges and a TFT display in the center for other important driving information. All BR-V variants will be equipped with seven seats and the interior cargo volumes are 244 liters with the third row up, 530 liters with the third row down, and 1,032 liters with the second row folded.

Chassis and powertrain

As for its engine, the BR-V comes with a 1.5-liter DOHC naturally-aspirated inline-four gasoline engine that produces 119 hp and 145 Nm of torque mated to either a CVT or a six-speed manual transmission. The VX variant gets paddle shifters to play around with the ratios in the CVT. Power is sent from the engine to the front wheels and the fuel tank capacity of the BR-V comes in at 42 liters.
