On top of being the ACET season, motorists should also consider that it is the Undas season, so there is indeed going to be a bunch of happenings transpiring during this long weekend.

Motorists who are around the Katipunan area or who often pass through the thoroughfare will expect heavy traffic in the morning and afternoon of Saturday and Sunday this week, October 29 to 30, 2022.
As such, motorists should take alternate routes during the ACET weekend, and plan trips accordingly. A total of four batches will be expected for the ACET with 1,800 applicants for each of the batches on the first day, and 1,900 applicants per batch on Sunday, also two batches.
According to the Campus Safety and Mobility Office (CSMO) of Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU), the first batches of applicants will be scheduled for 7:30 AM all the way to 12:00 PM. This will be the same morning schedule for both Saturday and Sunday, so expect a lot of traffic leading up past the call times of the applicants, before and after the test. For the afternoon schedule, the second batch will start at 1:30 PM, and the test wil last until 6:30 PM. Again, for both Saturday and Sunday.
In total, 3,600 applicants will be taking the ACET this Saturday, and 3,800 applicants will be taking the ACET on Sunday. In total, about 7,400 aspiring applicants will be making their way to Ateneo De Manila University so expect a lot of traffic if that wasn’t clear enough.

As for alternate routes, motorists coming from the City of Marikina can redirect to Diosdado Macapagal Bridge near SM Marikina along Marcos Highway or FVR Road near Industrial Valley. Motorists going through Bonifacio Avenue can turn left towards Riverbanks Center to get to FVR Road.
