The Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (CCLEC) announced that the mandatory use of RFIDs on the expressway will be delayed in order to give motorists time to get and prepare their tags. To help with that goal, CCLEC announced that its installation service centers will be open daily to get tags to motorists.

The Cebu Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) is an 8.9-kilometer expressway that links mainland Cebu to Cordova, a town in Mactan.
From Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, motorists can drive to the toll booths with no appointment required. Walk-ins are accepted but CCLEC recommends that motorists register ahead of time to facilitate a faster installation.
You can register ahead of time on CCLEX’s website: cclex.com.ph.
You can get the RFID tag for free, however, you do need to load it up. Don’t worry about the price, as all that money will be a hundred percent credited to your account, making the tag free along with the installation.
On top of tag installation, RFID tag owners can also visit the customer service center in order to reload their tags. While this service is available, you may also reload your RFID tags electronically via debit card, credit card, PayMaya, or GCash.
RFID installation sites are now set up on CCLEX toll plazas
The installation service will be open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the CCLEX toll gates.

CCLEC has also set up an off-site installation station at Lander Super Store Cebu. This installation site will be set up until Friday, October 28, 2022. Meanwhile, at Anjo World Theme Park, that installation site will be up until Saturday, October 29, 2022.
After October 29, 2022, motorists will have to get their RFIDs installed at the CCLEX toll gates. It’s highly recommended that you fill out the forms and register before taking the trip to the service center to save time and hassle. Ready a few hundred or more pesos for your initial balance and you should be good to go.
