The grand debut event will be held near the starting point of Woodward Avenue which is America’s first paved road. There Mustang fans and enthusiasts are invited to congregate at Hart Plaza for the debut of the seventh-generation Mustang.
The official specifications of the new Ford Mustang have yet to be revealed, however, based on leaks on the internet along with a couple of spy shots, we suspect that it will continue to have its muscle car exterior design language. Ford is not yet ready to remove the camouflage, but it looks like the all-new Mustang will have wider LED headlights, a larger front grille, and what appear to be a redesigned rear end.
As for its technology, the muscle car could come with a digital instrument cluster and a larger touchscreen infotainment system screen complete with SYNC 4A. Other notable features present inside the pony car include what appears to be a new steering wheel, restyled aircon vents, and an updated center console.
There is no news yet as to what kind of engines will be powering the seventh-generation Mustang, however, it might just carry over its existing set of engines, these being the 5.0-liter Coyote V8, as well as the 2.3-liter EcoBoost inline-four. There is a rumor that the new muscle may come with a hybrid option, however, this has yet to be confirmed.
