Aside from the massive portrait-style infotainment system, the vehicle also comes with a 10.25-inch free-standing digital instrument cluster that shows the tachometer and speedometer. As this is a high-tech car the displace can also be changed to show navigational points of interest and media notifications just to name a few. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission. Aside from this, the luxury sedan also gets a boost in power from its hybrid system. It works by an integrated starter generator (ISG) and a 48V power supply that gathers energy and provides an extra boost under acceleration. Mercedes-Benz claims that this can deliver an extra 20 PS and 200 Nm of torque during heavy acceleration. In addition, the C-Class can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.6 seconds and achieve a top speed of 231 km/h.
