Peugeot Philippines has recently undergone a management change. With the new leadership, the brand has been renewed and plans to stake its claim in the country. Aside from launching the 5008 and the 3008, the Lion brand has also launched the Peugeot 2008 SUV to further enhance its vehicle lineup in the country.
Exterior

On the outside, the SUV comes with the brand’s signature corporate design language with sleek lines and an aggressive body. It also comes with a carved hood along with a straight girlle, that also incorporates the brand’s iconic three-claw signature illumination. Aside from this, it also features LED daytime “fang-like” daytime running lights and 17-inch Black Onyx and Diamond Cut wheels that help give it a robust styling that helps complete its sport look.

This gives users of the vehicle flawless ergonomics along with an intuitive driving experience. Drivers will be able to utilize a compact steering wheel that offers a better grip and handling. Aside from this, the SUV also comes with a 7-inch HD touchscreen information system and a 3D heads up instrument cluster that projects a hologram.
Power
Under the hood, the Peugeot 2008 packs a 1.2-liter gasoline turbocharged motor. Don’t let its small displacement fool you as it can push out 130 hp and 230 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Price
