The Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO) is setting up shop down south in Paranaque in one very convenient location, PITX, which is otherwise known as the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange.
Opening on February 23, 2022, the new licensing center will cater to all drivers’ license-related transactions. According to the LTO the PITX licensing center can accommodate motorists with these concerns:
- Student Permit Application
- License Application (new and renewal)
- Miscellaneous Transactions
- Change Classification from Non-Professional to Professional (and vice versa)
- Additional Restriction Code
- Duplicate License
The licensing center will be comprised of multiple booths arranged and organized in a neat row. Special lines will be made available to senior citizens, persons with disability (PWD), pregnant women, and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

For now, the new LTO location will only cater to license-related concerns, but the PITX Paranaque Licensing Center will be able to car-renewal as an added service by May 2022. The LTO is all set to take your licensure requests at this location by next week, February 23, 2022, and stay tuned as more services are added under its belt.
